Production : Our Tech Support will send you a “Graphic Design Information Request Form” to collect your organization's logo, colors, web addresses of your sites, slogans or specific quotes, menu choices, etc. Our graphic designers will use the information and design a mockup of the front page and inside pages for your organization's website. After you approve the mockup, our database programmer will work on the back-end design and will program the site.
Implementation : Our Tech Support will educate and train selected staff members of your office on the use of the website within 10-30 business days upon completion of the site or when it is convenient for the staff. The set-up and roll-out of the website will also include on-line and/or on-site training of your staff on the use of the website. Our Tech Support will host small group training sessions for your staff on-line or at your location. Your staff can also come to our office for a training session. Our platform is easy to use and is fully supported with on-line help available both on-screen and in person.
